Shirley worked with my team members for almost two years. Her task was rather unique, to create a working environment for upgrade and installation manuals. Shirley provided a creative modular solution which can serve our expanding business requirements in the future.

We had a separate runbook file for each configuration (multiple database and application servers) and customer. The maintenance required multiple updating of the same content, an update for each configuration and customer

Shirley created an environment that emulates the FrameMaker book file feature. The environment includes a repository of single-source files (40 files) and a set of folders (13); each folder represents a configuration or customer and it contains shortcuts to the repository. With this environment, only one update is required for each change and it is included in any relevant runbook.

Shirley was pleasant to work with and communicated well with her co-workers
